If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Special Orders or Requests
Contact us with your request and we will be happy to respond, usually within 48 hours.
Changes or Cancellations
Please be sure to double check your order and address before payment. Changes or cancellations are costly and time-consuming and may be charged a 25% processing fee. Contact us with your change or cancellation within 24 hours of invoice and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we may not be able to cancel some special orders.
We currently ship within the United States only, We do not accept international orders.
We process orders weekdays, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM pst.
Please allow 3-5 business days hours after receipt of payment to fill and ship your order. Please note that since some of our products are made fresh when you order, additional time may be needed to ship.
Shipping rates are based on weight of the order. We currently ship USPS Priority Mail, Regional Rate. If you prefer a different carrier, email us and we will try our best to accommodate.
We ship Mon through Wed to avoid being held over the weekend.. Shipping times vary with the delivery address so please allow up to 7 business days for shipping, especially during holiday peak times.
Please double check your address! If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be charged a 5% reshipment fee in addition to additional shipping charges. If we made the error, we will contact you and reship at no charge.
Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on Soaps, Bath or Body products.
Non-bath/body products may be returned, if unused, with authorization and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted without authorization.
If you received an incorrect product in error, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will determine whether to issue a credit or reship the correct item.
Orders shipping to a California address will be charged sales tax based on our Antioch location. If you hold a tax exempt or reseller's certificate from the California state BOE, you must submit the appropriate form to us each year. Unless we have an approved certificate/card on file you will be charged sales tax. Mail or email a copy of your certificate before you place an order. We will notify you when your account has been approved.
